#874 Okudo mizu gray tomae

This mizu blue/gray tomae is very hard, very pure and super
fine. As a razor hone you can use with a slurry made with
Mikawa nagura or any other nagura including a diamond
plate generated slurry. I have tested this stone with the latter
and found that the slurry is very crisp and fast cutting while
being fine.

A very good stone with one corner that lays a bit lower than
the rest of the top surface where I believe the kawa
skin butted up again the stone, This overall is a small
detractor that leads to a price bargain for an
otherwise perfect stone.

The stone (toishi) has been lapped flat and the
corners and edges beveled unless otherwise noted. All of my
stones come with a tested and appropriately sized tomo naguara
slurry stone, and a money back guarantee minus the return shipping.
All stones are sold with a
money back guarantee
minus the return shipping.
